I hear from lots of folks about how nervous they are about holidays that so often seem to center around food. Easter and Passover are two of those holidays, but they are far more gluten-free friendly than you might think!
“Healthy” and “Cupcakes” are rarely used in the same sentence. Throw “Chocolate” in there too, and it’s a nearly unheard of connection! Unless you tell the kids, they’ll never have to know that these treats aren’t as decadent as they taste!
No need to fuss over making, serving and cleaning up traditional two-crust pies! These Gluten-Free Pie Pops and Pie Cups take the stress out of pie-making, and make clean-up a breeze!
For thes adorable Easter cupcakes, I used my favorite base cake recipe and used all natural food coloring, gluten-free jelly beans and sprinkles, and Clif Kid Organic Twisted Fruit ropes for the handles, adorned a few with Peeps (they’re gluten-free too!) and I suddenly had some of the cutest little cakes I’ve ever made!
What could be better than amazingly delicious Cookie Dough Ice Cream? Why, an Ice Cream Social Contest, of course!
