In her capacity as a restaurant, bakery and manufacturing consultant, she has written for such publications as Restaurant Confidential, Living Without, Restaurateur Magazine, Wisconsin Restaurateur Magazine, and Grocery Headquarter’s Magazine. She has presented repeatedly at New Hope Media’s ”Healthy Baking Seminar” at Natural Products Expo East and West. Jules also maintains a weekly column on Prevention.com called Living Well Gluten FreeView the many articles Jules wrote for Celiac.com.

Cooking Demonstrations and Speaking
Jules has presented and performed cooking demonstrations for consumer groups like the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America, everywhere from Seattle to Fargo to Atlanta.  Her background as both a gluten-free baking expert and a thrice published expert on gluten-free living allows her to adapt her presentations to nearly any audience of any size.
