In her capacity as a restaurant, bakery and manufacturing consultant, she has written for such publications as Restaurant Confidential, Living Without, Restaurateur Magazine, Wisconsin Restaurateur Magazine, and Grocery Headquarter’s Magazine. She has presented repeatedly at New Hope Media’s ”Healthy Baking Seminar” at Natural Products Expo East and West.
