A yummy, healthy, totally easy treat that makes jack-o-lantern carving even more fun! If you prefer sweet to salty munchies, simply sprinkle the pepitas (pumpkin seeds) with cinnamon-sugar instead of salt.
Whether there’s a hurricane bearing down on you (and you need happy snacks that don’t require electricity!) or you’re enjoying a fireside romantic moment or scout camping festivities or … really, when isn’t a good time for s’mores?! I’ve never met anyone who didn’t like s’mores, and just because you’re gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to be deprived of this universally-loved treat!
Think fresh. Think cold. Think Refreshing! Think flavor! The perfect addition to any hot day’s picnic!
A yummy treat for breakfast, snack, quick energy boost, bake sale … or a gift! Made with delicious whole grain gluten-free oats, flaxseed, veggies & dried fruits, these bars will please any mom or kid, alike!
Fall foods aren’t always about the traditional. Once you see how easy and tasty this recipe is, Pumpkin Hummus will become a new tradition!
