		<description><![CDATA[I have a quick recipe that I have had for years. Before I knew I was allergic to wheat. It is: 
2 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar added to eggs and mixed
1 tsp. vanilla added to above 
2 cups creamy peanut butter thoroughly mixed into all of the above. Preheat oven at 375, lightly grease pans, do not over grease these cookies can burn fast due to high sugar and egg content. Cook for approximately 8 to 12 mins, depending on cookie sheet and overall heating of your oven. let cool on sheet for a couple of mins before taking them off for the to have time to set and cool. Put on a sheet of wax paper to cool down. Yummy! These will not work with egg replacement products, tried and failed. Hope you all like them. I shared with a local bakery and they are now using this for their gluten free customers. Love the Jules flour and mixes and my daughter does too.]]></description>
