		<description><![CDATA[I wish accurate gluten free labelling was over there where you are, as I think it would bring more awareness. I had a really terrible gluten free university experience in Australia (a country where GF labelling laws are very strict) at a top university and things like barley stews and pasta meals with wheat pasta were mislabelled as Gluten Free very frequently. 

The kitchen where I stayed at on campus were very careless about cross contamination as well. More details are available &lt;b&gt;in my articles.&lt;/b&gt; including a response from the head of residence. Hope you find it interesting.]]></description>
