Hi Natalie - so glad you're eager to try pie crust! If you're looking for Mesquite Flour, you may have to order off the internet because it's a bit hard to find, but it's yummy! I use Casa de Fruta (http://store.casadefruta.com/mesquite-sale-c74.aspx). Enjoy!

Hi Maureen - I love your spirit! YES! Get back into the kitchen and start baking and having fun with gluten-free results! I'm sorry that you can't get my flour directly in Australia yet, so unless you've got a US friend who can ship it to you, making a homemade version to use is probably your best bet. My recipes for homemade blends are contained in my newest book, Free for All Cooking. I give several alternative flours, so you should be able to find ingredients in Australia. Let me know if you have any troubles though, and we'll work on finding good replacements. The recipes are not exactly like my pre-made flour blend, but they are solid and should work nicely for you!

Hi Jules, We have 3 celiacs in our family and I am very interested to rekindle my interest in GF baking with your All Purpose Flour. I live in Australia so it may be difficult for me to import your food products through online shopping, unless you have a local agent here who imports your products? The other option is that I would be happy to make up your flour mixes myself (especially for pie/ quiche making, and bread) ,if you can let me know if these are available in any of your books so I know which would be the best one for me to purchase. Many thanks.

Hi Jules,
I just watched your video for the pie crust bags. I found those at a store last year after struggling the year before without it. It was the best investment I made for rolling out pie dough. It is now a snap to make a gluten free pie crust!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a craving for homemade pie!! There is nothing like your own pie!
