Based on your advice, I tried the penne pasta. It’s definitely the best GF pasta I’ve ever tasted. Thank you!

This is the best GF ever and worth the price. It has the right texture when it’s freshly cooked and it even keeps its texture when you reheat it.

The ABSOLUTE BEST GF PASTA I have ever had! My parents came here from Italy, so I am a first generation, and we love our pasta. I had yet to find a GF one that was worth making, but this is it! Truly wonderful!

My apologies, just noticed this and feel I have to make a minor correction to original post:
- Le Veneziane pasta is GF
- Le Asolane pasta is Organic and GF

Is the corn used in Italian Products above, made with GMO corn?
Jules said: on April 9, 2011
David – I would suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to confirm, but I’d also suspect that the products are made with non-GMO corn, as they are Italian-made products. The Europeans are miles ahead of us in the States, in terms of avoiding/banning GMO foodstuffs. Check out the 10.10.10 – 11.11.11 Non-GMO project - they’re doing great things to bring us up to speed here in the US!

As Jules pointed out, all Le Veneziane/Asolane products are made from GMO-free corn. Most of our imported products are GMO-Free !
