Sour Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 4 Tbs. butter or non-dairy substitute (e.g. Earth Balance® Buttery Sticks), at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla extract

Cream ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
