As soon as I start to see cranberries in the market, I know that the holidays are coming! I suddenly find myself adding cranberries into recipes on a whim, and often find that their tart flavor and beautiful color add a zest to sometimes tired dishes. In this bread, I built upon this tart taste by adding orange as a complement, and – voilà! A healthy and flavorful quick bread perfect for winter mornings and dinner tables alike.

My cut-out cookie dough is so easy to roll and cut, resilient, elastic, never crumbly and oh so yummy. I’ve led gluten-free cooking classes with elementary schoolers and pre-teens using this recipe, and they have all had such fun with this dough! The creative possibilities for this cookie at every holiday are nearly endless, but let this recipe make any day special in your house! Be sure to double this recipe if you want to have enough to share!

Use my Jules Gluten Free™ Bread Mix, with one of my loaf bread recipes or consider this an opportunity to get rid of that rock hard gluten-free loaf in your freezer! Follow the directions below to dry out the bread cubes before proceeding with the stuffing recipe. Modify any ingredients or spices that don’t suit your tastes and make this recipe your own.
Blessings to you and yours, as we give thanks for gluten-free stuffing, and so many other things this Thanksgiving!

One of my most requested recipes, this perennial favorite is perfect for gluten-free graham crackers, gingersnaps or pie crusts. This recipe is already gluten-free, but is also naturally egg and nut-free and easily made dairy and/or soy free as well.

I wanted to share lots of other yummy autumnal treats; one of my favorites is this apple cider cake. Full of carrots, apples and other fresh textures, this cake is moist, full of Fall flavor and oh so versatile. This time I used orange sweetened cranberries, but you could use raisins instead – get creative! Try this cake in a bundt pan or a sheet pan, frost it or not – it’s delicious any way you slice it. Enjoy!
